I design and apply ontologies to formalize knowledge in both spatial and non-spatial domains. This includes:
- Geo-ontologies and folksonomies to model place concepts and relationships
- Ontology-based representations for mental health conditions (e.g. OCD), supporting structured analysis and interoperability
- Developing semantic frameworks that bridge qualitative reasoning, data integration, and domain knowledge
